It uses the front end from Teleflex SH91800 (not supplied). The Tilt drive allows the steering wheel angle to be adjusted in relationship to the dash. The drive requires the Tilt Mechanism. I use this once a week. I apply with my fingertips. (It is liquid, so a little goes a long way) After you wash your face for the night- wait a few minutes then apply this. If you don’t wait it might sting for a few minutes- so wait.. Apply your moisturizer after. My face was so soft the next day after one use. It is now a regular in my skin care routine.
