Good tasting toothpaste that cleans my teeth well. It seems to have a tiny bit of grit to it to help remove stains on your teeth. The tube is quite small. So, you do not get a lot of toothpaste. But a little goes a long way. I think that it did make my teeth a bit whiter. I did not have any sensitivity to it at all.
