Poor Grind Mechanisms

They always came out the same size, regardless of setting. About 5 weeks in, the clear plastic bottom came off of the salt grinder. I wasn't even using rock salt, just coarse salt. I could not get the piece back in. Then, the entire grind assembly came out as I was cooking. This item did not even get daily use. I purchased a different brand several years ago, I wish I had purchased that one again. I thought I was getting a good deal based on reviews. **UPDATED 9/19** Seller made reasonable accommodations to make it right. Very pleased with how this was handled. Stars reflect customer service,
