Lighter may light when you first get it but will absolutely positively need to be filled with butane. Designed with love in Nashville, TN. Note: Very similar to Zippo lighters and can be filled and re filled the same way. To fill the lighter, open the top and take the body out of the case. Flip the felt up and soak cotton with lighter fluid.

Nice umbrella stand
This stand is sturdy enough for my 9 ft umbrella. I only used water to fill it so it can be moved if necessary. The umbrella is taken down if it gets too windy as it would be damaged. This would not be the fault of the stand, just the nature of living near the coast.
