The first thing I noticed was the quality of the adhesive. It’s incredibly tacky, which is exactly what you want—once it’s pressed down, it isn't going anywhere.It was easy to trim with a standard pair of scissors. It wasn’t too bad as a finisher on top of actual sound deadening. However, be sure you apply it where you want it as it does not come off. If you try to pull it off, it leaves a nasty residue and some of the foam sticks to said residue
