A bowl of kitchari is the ultimate comfort food. MILD balanced and harmonious, a perfect nourishing bowl. Heat 1 tablespoon of ghee or coconut oil in a medium sized saucepan. Add dahl mix, stirring, until fragrant, approx. 2 minutes. Add 1L (4 cups) boiling water, stir to combine and bring to a bubbling boil. Recommended add 2 cups

6/2/2026 :There’s really no smell it moisturizes your hair. The ingredients are not damaging to my hair or scalp. There’s no greasiness. As far as the hair growth part of it I’m still waiting to see results and if or when I will update, but I would try it I mean, whatever we got to lose, but our hair and that I don’t mean that in a bad way, I’m being serious..
