Lacy SunsetInspiration: Gorgeous Sunset that was "on fire". Glass Sculpture formed with lace in the design of a sunset. Artistic Process: I made the glass lace first using colors in a pattern inspired by sunsets. I then made a background of 2 layers of glass to achieve the right background color to make the sunset more complete. A third firing in the kiln to bring the lace and background glass together. It is installed in a black round frame on a stand.

Great product. Goes together easily and quickly. Everything was there that was needed. Looks great and is consistent with my industrial look; however, we're converting a stairwell to the basement to a pantry and wanted to use these shelves there. It takes up an inordinate anount of visual space and made it feel claustrophobic to me. I tried to come up with someplace to use it, but it's a very small house. If you have the space, you won't be disappointed with these shelves.
