The wallet has a fairly timeless look that easily matches up with many 1930's era souvenir items I have seen despite it likely being newer made. There is some decorative brown vinyl cord around the edge. Vinyl was actually fairly common in Germany in the 1930's so it is not as out of place as some people may think. This is a great deal and fit perfectly! My kid is more of a size 10 but I ordered size 12. It's only slightly big in the waist but the pants have elastic adjusters so we were able to make it work.
