It comes with a purple collar and clear lid Approx dimensions: 20cm tall with lid on, 16cm tall without lid, 5. 5cm body width. Unfortunately when the lid is placed on the bottle with the Large teat on it the teat will be squished but either teat will spring back when the lid is removed.
