BSA Bottom Bracket for SRAM GXP RoadThe BSA, or English threaded, bottom bracket is a traditional shell size. It has an inner diameter of 34mm and is 68mm wide. These cups thread into the BSA shell making it possible to install SRAM and Quarq 24 22mm spindle cranks. The CeramicSpeed kit comes with bearings pressed into threaded cups, which are then threaded into the frame. Those bearings consist of either CeramicSpeed Standard or Coated Bearings. My dog loves her Nubbies! My Dog chews her Nubbie every morning after she has her breakfast. She sometimes wants my husband or I to hold it for her while she chews on it. I think it is really good for her teeth and gums. These last a few months for our dog who chews it every morning.
