P. electric space heater made from enameled steel. It does not work! The cord is also damaged enough that it would immediately arch if plugged in, so just don't. Original European style plug. I wouldn't gift these... they seem to start having grinding issues after a few days of use. It feels like the grinding piece is binding / going to break when turning the top. Would not purchase again, and look for more durable item.
